    We handle both local (island-wide) and international deliveries. Please carefully review this guide document as it may contain vital information regarding goods delivery. 

    Local Deliveries

    We have partnered with third-party delivery services based on their reliability and commitment to customer service. Standard delivery rates are applicable for all-island deliveries, subject to rates determined by the chosen third-party service.  

    Our goal is to expedite deliveries upon order receipt, though the speed may be influenced by customer response times and payment processing. Order processing takes place on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Sri Lankan Time) on Fridays will be scheduled for the following Monday’s dispatch.  

    We do not offer overnight or Saturday delivery options. Please note that this is not applicable for expedited delivery services. E.g. PickMe Flash 

    Delivery Options

    The following options are available for customers. 

    PickMe Flash 
    • Applicable to all orders, including prescriptions and groceries. 
    • Rates vary based on the distance, and the delivery fee is settled directly with the service provider upon package receipt. 
    Standard Delivery
    • Available for all island using third-party delivery service.

    Note: These rates are subject to change due to economic changes and the delivery company changes. 

    If you encounter any difficulties in finding your city within the dropdown menu to calculate shipping costs, kindly contact us at +94 11 2983939 or +94 77 7783939 before placing the order.  

    Note: Please be aware that our delivery partner will contact you or the recipient to confirm their availability for package receipt. We have directed our delivery partner not to leave packages unattended due to the sensitive nature of the goods being delivered. 

    If you miss the delivery calls, it will result in a delay. Another delivery attempt will be made on the next business day once we’ve confirmed your availability. 

    Please utilize the tracking number provided to check your delivery status. When entering the tracking number, input only the number itself. Delivery Tracking Link 

    Certain items may not be eligible for the standard delivery method. We encourage you to get in touch with us to explore alternative delivery options. 

    International Deliveries

    We value our customers who reside abroad and require access to medications and healthcare products from Sri Lanka. Carelink Pharmacy stands as one of the select online pharmacies serving the international market. To facilitate global shipping, we have established partnerships with UPS, DHL, and and Quick Express shipping company. 

    The availability of international shipping is dependent upon the specific characteristics of the products. However, please note that certain items may be restricted from shipment due to local and international customs guidelines and regulations. 

    Delivery Options

    USP
    • Once an order is confirmed, we initiate a shipping quotation request to USP. 
    • Customers can make an informed decision after receiving the shipping quotation, choosing between UPS and exploring alternative international delivery choices. 
    • Package transfer to UPS occurs exclusively after complete payment clearance within our system. 
    • The tracking ID and all related information will be provided to the customer. 
    DHL
    • Once an order is confirmed, we initiate a shipping quotation request to DHL. 
    • Customers can make an informed decision after receiving the shipping quotation, choosing between DHL and exploring alternative international delivery choices. 
    • Package transfer to DHL occurs exclusively after complete payment clearance within our system. 
    • The tracking ID and all related information will be provided to the customer. 
    Quick Express
    • Once an order is confirmed, we initiate a shipping quotation request to Quick Express. 
    • Customers can make an informed decision after receiving the shipping quotation, choosing between DHL and UPS. 
    • Package transfer to Quick Express occurs exclusively after complete payment clearance within our system. 
    • The tracking ID and all related information will be provided to the customer. 

    Note: Please note that international deliveries may be subject to random customs inspections. While we take all necessary steps, such as including a valid prescription and providing accurate medication descriptions in the package, the final decision to release the package rests with the customs and responsible authorities. In such situations, Carelink International (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for refunds or package returns from customs.
