Gaviscon Syrup Peppermint provides quick and lasting relief from pain and discomfort of heartburn and indigestion. Contains Sodium Alginate, Calcium carbonate and Sodium Bicarbonate, which helps to prevent stomach acid flowing back into the esophagus
For oral use. Shakewell before use.
Adults, including the elderly and children 12 years and older: 10-20 ml after meals and at bedtime or as recommended by the physician.
Children under 12 years. Should be given only onmedical advice.
Consult your physician if you experience any side effects or symptoms do not improve after 7 days. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient.
Use with care if on a controlled sodium diet (e.g. in some cases of congestive cardiac failure, renal impairment, hypertension and oedemic states). Use with care if suffering from hypercalcaemia, nephrocalcinosis or recurrent calcium containing renal calculi. A time-interval of 2 hours should be considered between Gaviscon intake and the administration of other medicinal products.
